On the evening of January 24, 2026, culinary storytelling took root at Ford’s Farm in South Florida, as some of Miami’s most innovative chefs joined forces with a visionary farmer for an extraordinary farm-to-table dinner experience.
In autumn 2025, Reverie No. 1 marked the launch of LUX Catering & Events’ LUX Supper Club series, an immersive, chef-led dining experience designed to blur the lines between food, art, memory and imagination [four additional dinners will take place this year]. Some 51 guests dined at one long communal table overlooking the city skyline, creating an atmosphere that felt intimate, cinematic and quietly transportive.
The International Students Organization and Sodexo at BHSU proved it’s a small world after all with its annual International Food Festival in November 2025. Students representing nine countries—and one international BHSU staff member—prepared dishes from their home cultures alongside Sodexo chefs, offering attendees an opportunity to experience personal recipes tied to home and heritage.
On Nov. 19, 20025, the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA) hosted an exclusive media preview to celebrate the official launch of Culinary Month 2026 at the prestigious Platform by the James Beard Foundation at Pier 57 in Manhattan. The intimate dinner brought together top‐tier U.S. media, culinary influencers and industry tastemakers for an immersive introduction to the flavors, talent and creative spirit that define Antigua and Barbuda’s culinary identity.
For the third consecutive year, Vestals Catering catered the Cattle Baron’s Ball—the world’s largest single-night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. More than 3,200 guests attended the Oct. 25th event, where they were entertained by headliner Post Malone—an alum of the Metroplex’s Grapevine High School. To support the cause, Vestals donated a significant amount of food and labor to the event.
In May 2025, the team at Houston-based A Fare Extraordinaire took their talents on the road to cater this 471-guest wedding for Paige Drummond and David Andersen. The celebration took place against the sweeping backdrop of the bride’s family ranch—recognizable to fans of the Food Network’s The Pioneer Woman, hosted by Paige’s mom, Ree.
In October 2024, Constellation Culinary Group catered a Día de los Muertos–themed Halloween celebration at Miami Beach’s Temple House.
The client, a financial services company, wanted the event to encourage cross-team mingling, build informal connections and integrate culturally diverse teams into Miami’s community—while educating guests on Mexican traditions, which are a vital part of the city’s identity.
